Mark joined Rydon in February 2014 as Finance and Commercial Director for Rydon Maintenance and was promoted to Group Finance Director in October 2016. In addition to his role as Group Financial Director, he was appointed MD of Rydon Maintenance in December 2024. Initially working in construction with house builders Charles Church and Berkeley he also holds property maintenance experience with Serco. Mark has worked in the construction related sectors of lifts and escalators, as FD of Kone UK, and electronic security with Stanley Black & Decker as European Operations FD. Mark has an economics degree and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Penny leads the Performance Team, Business Systems Team and is also responsible for the Dartford Contact Centre. She has built an excellent reputation for her work in monitoring contract performance, identifying trends and working with operations to resolve problems. Penny has a proven track record of delivering improved business performance and has instilled the same passion for performance into her teams. Penny has a BA of Laws from the University of Westminster and joined Rydon in December 2011.

Following a Modern Apprenticeship in Building Services and qualifying as an electrician, Clifford has gained over 25 years’ experience within the reactive maintenance industry, in a variety of roles and across a varied portfolio of sectors including the MOD, retail, commercial, education, Healthcare and Housing. Clifford joined Rydon in January 2004 and progressed through the Rydon management organisation, gaining experience on PFI and non-PFI contracts within both the Housing and Healthcare sectors. Clifford is a Certified member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.

Justin began his career as a Quantity Surveyor at Rydon Construction before joining Rydon Maintenance in 1997 as Assistant Branch Manager in Dartford. He became Branch Manager in 2000, Commercial Manager in 2005, and is now Director, leading the commercial team for Maintenance Housing and Healthcare contracts. With extensive experience in procuring healthcare contracts, Justin emphasises strong commercial leadership, coordination, and ensuring client value. He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from the University of Northampton.

Jane joined Rydon in 2018 and has held several senior finance roles within the organisation before being appointed as Finance Director for Rydon Maintenance in January 2025. She obtained a BSc in Economics with Accounting from Loughborough University before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with PwC. She has gained over 25 years of finance experience across a variety of different sectors including hospitality, leisure, property investment and construction. Her areas of expertise include financial and management accounting, tax, auditing and system implementations.
