Oxleas NHS Trust operates 150 health-related premises in and around the London Borough of Bexley. These include acute hospitals, EMI residential facilities, surgeries, clinics and administrative centres. 

Rydon Maintenance provides hard facilities management services to both client groups from a dedicated, fully serviced base in Erith, Kent. Strong emphasis is placed on a proactive approach towards maintaining customer/occupier satisfaction and availability standards.

The project agreements are signed on a basis of 30-year contract periods.
