Oxleas NHS Trust operates 150 health-related premises in and around the London Borough of Bexley. Rydon Maintenance provides hard facilities management services across these sites.

Rydon Maintenance provides Hard Facilities Management services to maintain the hospital over the 25 year contract period and have taken on the management of the lifecycle fund as part of the Service Level Agreement for the duration of the contract term.

This Community Hospital provides two operating theatres and 99 inpatient bed spaces with a large proportion being single rooms, spread over rehabilitation, surgical and medical wards.

Rydon Maintenance provides Hard Facilities Management services to the hospital site incorporating Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance.

In 2019 ELFT sought to enter a 5-year partnership arrangement with an innovative service provider who could offer significant added value and provide Hard FM Services throughout London, Luton and Bedfordshire.

Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP) provides inpatient and community-based mental health care for people living in Bath, Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire.
